Do you have to take all my calls?
No. Most of our customers use us as an overflow service only. There is no point paying us for calls you or your team can take. You can send all your calls to us or just the ones you or your team are missing.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every new customer gets a 14-day free period from when their service goes live. If you decide it’s not for you during that time, you will never pay us a penny.
Can I cancel my service when I want?
You are not tied to a contract; all we ask for is 30 days’ notice.
Do your agents undergo any training?
All our agents are trained to handle calls in any situation. The details you provide during the onboarding call is given to our agents before any new project is started.
What happens outside of your opening hours?
We have an out of hours voicemail, messages are routed through on the next working day.
When do I have to pay for my services?
An initial prorated payment will be taken for your standing charge 2-5 days after sign up. Following this, all invoices are raised in arrears on or around the first working day of the month and direct debit payments are taken 2-5 days later.
What are your opening hours?
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday 9am-12pm
How long does it take for the service to become live?
Within 24 hours from onboarding completion.
What number will my customers call?
You will keep your existing number and we will provide you a divert number.
I only have a mobile number can I have a landline number for my customers to call?
Yes, we provide both geographic and non-geographic telephone numbers.
Where are your call handlers based?
All our agents are based in our offices in Lancashire. Nothing it outsourced abroad and it never will be.
How long do I have to sign up for?
All our customers are free to leave whenever they want. We don't believe in tying customers into long contracts. Our customers stay with us because we are providing a good service at a good price, not because they are contractually obliged to.Edit
How much information will you gather on the calls?
We will take all the information you need us to take on each call. There are no pricing brackets for information types or the number of bits of information. You pay one per call charge and we get you what you need.
How much do I have to pay today?
Nothing. There are no charges until you have been using the service for 14 days and have decided you are happy to continue.
I only miss 2 or three calls a month, Do I need call handling?
Absolutely, every missed call is a missed opportunity. We have many customers in this situation. They pay very little to us, but every missed call could be the next big customer, or an existing customer who really needs to speak with someone.
I have a very high call volume; can you handle it?
Yes, we can. We have customers who send us a handful of calls a month and others who send us thousands. It's just what we do.
